Complaints and returns
Right of withdrawal
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, without stating a reason and without incurring additional costs, except for the cost of returning the Product.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer should inform the seller of his decision in writing (e-mail: biuro@perukadamska.pl or letter to the address indicated below).
- In the event of withdrawal, the Product shall be returned in unaltered, complete condition (including original packaging, tags, instructions and proof of purchase). The product must not bear any signs of use, perfume or tallow odours.
- Attention: Due to the nature of the Products (wigs and toppers) as hygiene items, you have no right of withdrawal if the packaging has been opened and the Product has been used. The opened Product cannot be re-sold due to the preservation of its original value and sanitary requirements.
- The payment will be refunded using the same method by which the Customer made the payment, within a period of 14 days from the receipt by the Seller of the notice of withdrawal.

Complaints and warranty
- If defects in the Product or errors in the processing of the order are found, the Customer has the right to make a complaint.
- Complaints should be sent by email to: biuro@perukadamska.pl or by post to: PF Olga Piotrowska, Stefana Dembego 8b/84, 02-796 Warsaw, Poland
- The complaint should include:
- Client details,
- Order number,
- A detailed description of the defect or non-conformity of the Product,
- A copy of the proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice).
- The seller will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and will inform the Customer of the manner in which it has been dealt with.
- In the event of a justified complaint, the Seller undertakes to rectify the defect, replace the Product with a new one or refund the money.
